Outdoor rooms.

So I just wrapped up the outdoor space I designed. Thanks goodness we have had good weather, it took awhile to get it done because of how crapy it had been.  Here is a peek at some of the space, if you want to see the whole article and more pictures click HERE.

The green and in between.

We have been doing a few extra touches of landscaping this year. Adding trees pulling weeds, and updating our deck and patio.  I did a few container gardens for the space and I am hoping they turn out like this,

We also took a small space in the back to try our hand at a Vegetable garden. I am obsessed with fresh tomatoes, so 60% of it is that :)

Oh and I got a lilac hybrid tree which I am pretty sure just means it will grow faster and be harder for me to kill, haha!

Now that the weather is warming up to the soft summer nights I am really looking forward to some intimate twilight dinner parties.

Outdoors.

I hope everyone had a great long weekend, I really enjoyed mine! Great BBQ with some of my very most favorite friends. Today is super busy for me, I have to get my back yard ready for a photo shoot for a local online magazine. Wish me luck and I will be back tomorrow with some awesomeness. In honor of the shoot here is one of the inspiration images for the design.
