If you had a basket of deep red berries what would you make with them?
My vote was for Freezer Jam.
Pretty much spent my whole night making it, but my toast is happy.
My boys were overly helpful....the little one ran quality control, taking tiny bites out of the berries saying "This ones good" and throwing in back.
So if you get a jar from me...just know that.

Such a pretty sticky mess.
The end result was 28 jars of jam....maybe a little over kill but I plan to share.
