{re}pin worthy...or not //

Confession....I have a love/hate relationship with pintrest. Love it because I can store all my ideas in one place and there is loads of inspiration. Hate because there is so many things I want to do and try...I need a full time assistant to do just that.
I fill it's time that someone, ie Moi takes the time to actually document if these pins we store for later is actually good or just a waste of valuable pinning time. I am nothing but frustrated when I have stored something for a latter date only to find out that after its made....it blows.
It's not to hard to photograph your dish to look scrumptious, but be totally bland to devour. I will admit I am a bit of a food snob, but I think this may work to your favor in the end. We've all seen those hilarious "what I think I look like....what I actually look like" pins.....kinda the same theme here.
Today we are starting off with this tasty looking number I tucked away last month. Italian Drunken Noodles. Even the name is dreamy yay?

I gathered up all the ingredients and set to work. Chop chop of the peppers. This recipe is a bit intense and could be written a little easier to follow, But so far so good.

It's true you eat half the meal with your eyes...and this pot o' heaven does not disappoint in that area. The colors are lovely.

The end result was something amazing. I would give this 5 out of 5 gold {re}pins. The whole family dug this dish! It even makes for delish leftovers the next day...you know, the way spaghetti tastes better the next go around?

Just to recap I did not write this recipe, the full version can be found here. I just took the time to try it out, to make sure that it's all it's pinned up to be. Follow my Food Porn Board to guess what I am going to try next. It's gonna get real in here....things may not always be so tasty.
